On initial visit to the property, the customer had 5 downstairs living areas, comprising kitchen, dining room with utility, toilet and store. 3 rooms were knocked into one to create large kitchen diner, utilising steel beams for structural support, oak beams as features splitting two rooms, plus additional oak beam to bespoke range surround. Fully fitted kitchen wit complete new electrics, plumbing and new ceilings. Brick slips wren used around the range and one wall to create a bespoke cottage feel. Remaining two rooms were knocked into one forming utility/laundry room with separate toilet/cloakroom. Utility room with new cabinets, sink, tumble dryer and washing machine.
