On the initial visit to the property, the customer had 5 downstairs living areas, comprising kitchen, dining room with utility, toilet and store. 3 rooms were knocked into one to create a large kitchen diner, using steel beams for structural support, oak beams as features splitting two rooms, and additional oak beam to bespoke range surround. Fully fitted kitchen with completely new electrics, plumbing and new ceilings. Brick slips were used around the range and one wall to create a bespoke cottage feel. The remaining two rooms were knocked into one forming a utility/laundry room with a separate toilet/cloakroom. The utility room has new cabinets, a sink, a tumble dryer, and a washing machine.
